At this time, online course registrations can be completed by check or money order only. Registrations and payment must be received at least 7 working days in advance of the course date. Once your registration and payment has been received, a student information packet will be mailed to you. In the event that a class must be cancelled, you will be notified by your preferred contact method and rescheduled or your money refunded.

In order to register for the OBEC course, complete and submit the following form for each student registration. Upon successful submission, you will be redirected to a page to print your confirmation and receive information for mailing your payment. All information submitted will be kept confidential and used only for classroom purposes and the processing of your certificate.
